Even as I type this, there’s a break in the rain and the birds are singing. I would love to have a more dry heat, but alas and alack, we have humidity for ~days~ here… the one downside I can find to rain
None whatsoever, praise God! Our power has continued to flicker through the weekend though, which has only been more and more frustrating, especially when we're trying to get anything done on the computer...
I live in the desert so rain is joyous!!! One of the desert quirks is the great temperature differential between night and day. I take my coffee on the patio , listen and pray and read, glory in the birds and flowers all summer.

It takes about 30 minutes (by that I mean 1 minute max) for the wifi to reset after a power outage, even if it comes right back on.
